There are many excellent Patriot Groups in Michigan, not all of which identify themselves as "Citizens' Militia." We encourage you to visit these websites, and consider contributing to or participating with these groups.

If you have a group or outfit with good, patriotic intentions, which does not wish to be identified as a citizens' militia, and is, instead, a private association, we will gladly provide a link here. There is nothing wrong with being a private association; that is a right we all enjoy, the right to associate with whomever we choose. However, a citizens' militia is not really a private association, and a private association is not really a citizens' militia. That's not a bad thing, it simply reflects the meaning of the words that are used to describe a group.
